Reka Bytes started with a recurring frustration: useful ideas were getting lost between people who understood the problem and people who knew how to build the software.

The studio closes that gap by working directly from rough idea to production. The academy attacks the same problem from the other side—giving non-CS builders the fundamentals to understand what AI helped them create.

Both sides follow the same belief: technology is most valuable when it gives people more agency, not another black box to depend on.

I graduated in software engineering and still write production code. I have also spent time on the other side of the table as a project manager—turning uncertain ideas into plans teams can actually execute.

That combination is the reason Reka Bytes exists. Good product work needs technical depth, but it also needs someone to ask the uncomfortable scope question, explain the trade-off plainly and keep the work pointed at the outcome.
